If instructed by support personnel, please click here to download GTG_os.exe (Good to Grow - Online Support).

When promted, you'll need to Run the remote support software.

Once it's downloaded, you may receive another Warning like this one.

Please select Run. You may be prompted to enter an ID number which your support contact wil provide for you.

Once your issue is resolved, this Support Application will be completely removed from your system. If at any time you wish to terminate the session, Double-Click on the DualDesk icon in your system tray (notification area).
